Find Hampton Wick Library

Hampton Wick Library is a gem, but it’s a bit of a hidden gem! We’ve successfully campaigned to get the signage improved but you still need to find it – it’s worth it!

On foot

From the High Street 1: Turn down School Road (opposite the dry cleaners), then right into School Lane and the Library is at the very end.

From the High Street 2: Go down Jubilee Close (small turning next to what was Roy’s Gym, a little bit along from Priyas, opposite Martha Pountain). Turn left into Shaw’s Path, follow it round and turn right at the end.

From Park Road 1: From The Foresters, go up Park Road about 100 yards, turn right into School Road then left into School Lane and the Library is at the end.

From Park Road 2: From Church Grove, go down Park Road about 50 yards, turn left into Bennet Close and follow it round to the right, past Bullen Hall.

By car

From the Foresters go up Park Road for about 300 yards, turn right into Bennet Close (very carefully please, this is a mixed space, pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles) where there is a small car park. The first hour is free but none of the (many!!) signs on the ticket machine make any sense – just hit the green button and you should get a one hour ticket for free. The building in front of you is Bullen Hall – go round to the left to find the Library.
